1. If the DMs didn't want you to post it, why did you. Man, and I thought Liz was the vindictive one.
2. At least they told you. If it were me, I'd have kept quiet about it, because, after being your friend for four years (Kudos to PaladinOfSune for doing that, even if I have no clue why you would do it), I think I'd have an inkling as to how you'd react.

4. Questionable behavior? Way to go for vague. For all I know, Brett could have high-fived the wrong person and irritated you to the point where you and Liz smacked him with the ban hammer. And from the bigger focus on how they 'went behind your back and started a new server' leads me to believe that he must have defied you in some way, or you felt that he was straying away from you, etc.
5. THEY TOLD YOU ABOUT IT AND YOU FREAKED OUT. They did a good thing and you responded with what can only be summarized as:

I didn't want to do this, nor did the DMs. We had hoped the team could split in a mature fashion, lacking drama or unethical actions. Unfortunatly, as often happens in our NWN communities, this was not the case.
We were recently told of a server the three had been working on while still with our team. We also recently discovered that Sage has been openly recruiting WSI players for this other server. This is not the standards we held her to as a DM ,or a player, or a forum user. I feel that if she is bringing this issue to light to our players, the team should have a chance to let our playerbase in on what happened, instead of sweeping it under the rug and leaving it to general gossip.
I'll attempt to summarize the recent split with the following: After some questionable behavior on the part of PaladinofSune, his direct server access was removed temporarily. In disagreement with this action, Paladin, Sage, and Ravenof spent several weeks 'on break' as was posted, but actually started working on a new server. The trio returned to us with the following PM, informing us that they would be using our work.

We were told outright that they made the choice to steal it regardless of our wishes. Having to ask them to remove our work (within reason?) is not respectful to our time, it's just theft. And this will be the third server he's stolen from. Check the login PaladinofSune on Arelith and Amia, where he was also a Developer. We just expected a friend of four years would never do this.
Sage's contribution to starting the "new" server has been to privately advertise on WSI as seen below...

This claim that Sage and Paladin put alot of work into the server comes up again and again. While we appreciate the work that was contributed, it does not add up to any sort of ethical claim to use our areas and simply edit them to look slightly different. A Reply
Having gotten a reply from the World Serpent Inn, it seems, from our own audaciously charming sdragonblood, I feel I must put it here to indulge myself in some gloating.

How absolutely adorable! I posted about ten sentences, and she absolutely blow up and rants for all this material to put here.
A few points I would like to make:
If she continues her drama(which I am sure she does, whoopee), you'll have me to deal with. Hello, sdragonblood. I'm Blue, and I'll be your personal poltergeist.

So, I'm going to pick this attack apart, and set a few things straight.
FIRST- Overmind... is a SWEETY! Vindictive? Petty? .. Ha!... She has put together this gorgeous, wonderful server to play on for FREE... for, any who desire to play ( and co-exist by the rules and guidelines with OTHER people. ) <<<>
It IS a thankless job, for the most part. No one twisted Overmind's arm to provide YOU entertainment... , no one pays here to do this....
To me, and many others... she's a very wonderful and caring person, a great player and administrator.
SECONDLY- What ever relationship Jen has with Overmind.. is HER business! What bearing does that even have, or have a place on our Wiki to begin with? <<>
And I can tell you, and so can many others... Jen does ALOT for the server and community. This website here.. even has her name on it... who do you think takes care of the forums? She loggs in DMside, and helps with issues, and runs quest.
Always, always, ALWAYS... even if Jen has an issue or problem with someone or something they say or do, she uses the UPPER-MOST level of professionalism ... and is very very fair in what she does say and do.
THIRDLY... * Rolls eyes* OMG... can we get a life here? Seriously! Attacking me... jeesh, that narrows down who the hell posted it , doesn't it?
Well, let me explain a few things to you "bucko" ...
Not every character I play is " Super-hot" ... , to be honest, most of that is a matter of perception.
My barbarian.. is very sculpted and beautiful, for a being with heavy demonic lineage. My asian.... is actually small, thinner... and very average ( forgettable) looking. The blonde paladin... is my only real "knock-out". If you even bothered to pay attention, read my descriptions, ... these aspects you would know.
My "lingo" typing with my asian character... thats annoying is it? >>> Oh, pardon me for disturbing you with my typing , trying to set her a bit different from the norm. Jack-ass.
Again.. what bearing does my PERSONAL OPINION have on how I veiw the OC content ... have anything to do with WSI? <<<>
My paladin who fell.. took WAY longer than two days to "fall".
She was out of game for months... to reflect this change in her... it didn't happen in two days.
Again, this shows everyone just how ignorant you are. Obviously.. you don't really pay attention to IMPORTANT matters.
What I put in my descriptions... is also my prerogative, UNLESS it was breaking a rule... , but.. at least you know what Rissa's measurements are at first glance. She's supposed be "barbie-perfect" in looks and appearance.
At least.. I give descriptions, and something for people to work with, use a bit of imagination and creativity.. that goes beyond continuous, and dull RP over a stupid silly HAT! I put reall effort into my characters....
And they all aren't gorgeous... obviously you've not met my Ogirillion druid. Or my few other characters... one of which is very hideously UGLY!

Ralain.. uses a flat out " ... " way more than anyone... , and in both our cases.. if it used, means, we really didn't have anything to say back to you, or good to say to you, that we wanted you to know IC anyways.

We had a MISUNDERSTANDING..., yes I might have aggravated her a bit, but that was a MUTUAL aggravation. She left on her OWN terms, fo rher own reasons. True.. SHE made the CHOICE to .. let it bother her, and STUBBORNLY refused to listen to perfectly good and sound rationale thought.

- The poor dear doesn't even know what she is talking about! A being with heavy demonic heritage is not a tiefling, it is a cambion. A tiefling is an ugly freak. Playing one as very sculpted and beautiful just proves my point. Her asian 'lingo' is actually very racist and stereotypical, not different from the norm at all. Her "blonde paladin..." being a 'knockout' is vexing because she describes her as being like Barbie.
The idea behind paladins is to make them have a likeable personality. There is a reason Aribeth has a fan following and none of your characters do. While pretty, and a lesbian(oh my god, so liberal!), I have not seen you ever, once, spend time on Charissa or anyone's personality. - If you must know, she is bi. Otherwise known as: 'I would date only guys if it would piss my parents off as much as women do.'
- She has absolutely nothing to do with Nyara leaving, ignoring her yelling at her, and her subsequent deletion of her posts after Nyara left. Methinks the lady doth protest too much. The 'one person begging her to stay' bit does not convince me whatsoever.

The World Serpent Inn Truth
World Serpent Inn is a role play/action persistent world set across several campaigns, using the Forgotten Realms primarily. The planar enigma of the World Serpent Inn is an ever-changing festhall and flophouse unfettered by reality.
The World Serpent Inn is both a place and a nonplace, existing in multiple planes simultaneously and nowhere at all. It also is a reason and nonreason, having multiple ideas that have yet to come to fruition, existing with multiple ideas up and running and also not at all. * sdragonblood: Plays a superhot tiefling barbarian, superhot asian mage (Who talk like this. Is very annoying.), and superhot blonde paladin(who fell within two days). Also thinks the NWN original campaign's paladin falling was cheesy. Puts bust, waist, and hip size in description. Quits temporarily on a regular basis, and will try and drive you from the server with memorable quotes such as: "..." That's right, ladies and gentlemen, she abuses ellipses. 'Lesbian lover' of xXCrystalRoseXx.

The World Serpent Inn is both a place and a nonplace, existing in multiple planes simultaneously and nowhere at all. It also is a reason and nonreason, having multiple ideas that have yet to come to fruition, existing with multiple ideas up and running and also not at all. It is a gathering place for dead races, unborn powers, forgotten heroes, restless ghosts, and the engineers of worlds as yet uncreated, as well as tiefling lesbians, red dragon disciple lesbians, elf lesbians, Eilistraeean drow lesbians, Sharessian lesbians, badly played evil characters, Mary Sues, butterfly-winged women, super paladins, shadowdancers, and awful Dungeon Masters. Almost all the inhabitants of the Inn are travelers, either by design or by chance(though, many of these inhabitants are all somehow incredibly beautiful. Many have simply stopped here during journeys to other places, while others came to the Inn accidentally, then realized they could not get home.
